1. Users may log in to the Doo Prime User Center, find the account for that users have forgotten the password, and then click the gear-like icon in the upper right corner to reset the password.
2. Click "Reset Password" and choose to verify by email or mobile phone. Then, click "Send Verification Code", enter the received verification code, and click "Next".
3. Select the type of password users need to reset and reset a new password with a set of 8-15 digits and letters, and enter the new password again and press OK. Once complete, the new password can be enabled.
